Virtual Training

I have extensive experience leading virtual and hybrid communities of practice that aim to share and build expertise in training facilitation and pedagogy. By modeling teaching practices, bringing in expert online presenters, guiding group discussions, and allowing experimentation with innovative training techniques, I offer members a safe place to share resources and hone their teaching skills in real time.

For the past fifteen years, I have provided instructional design consultation and technology management strategy for hundreds of virtual events. I have extensive experience training teachers and presenters in best practices for leading and managing virtual trainings.
